•This button displays the Report View.
OvenSENTINEL™ Monitoring:
•When recording, this area displays which Product is currently being monitored and provides the a button to stop the recording process.
These are main views that the user will use for managing Product creation, Monitoring and Reports data analysis reports.
This view contains tools to create and manage Products. Each Product defines the requirements for that product, machine properties that achieve those requirements, and the actions you wish to perform if those requirements are not met.
A: Product Manager | B: Product Identifier | C: Product Filter
Product Manager: Where the user creates and manages Products to be monitored. •Add Product: Adds a new Product where all required Product values are entered. •Edit Product: Edits an existing Product. •Clone Product: Clones (copies) an existing Product to create a new Product. •Export Product: Exports an existing Product. Particularly helpful when monitoring the exact same Product on a different line that is the exact same oven.
•Delete Product: Deletes any unwanted Product that may be old or obsolete.
Product Identifier: When a Product is selected, this panel provides a snap shot of the Product for easy identification and the ability to Start recording oven data. •Start Recording: The Start Recording button activates the OvenSENTINEL™ to start recording monitored oven data. •Product Notes: Display notes that were added when creating or editing a Product. •Product Image: Displays a thumbnail image of the Product photo that was specified when adding or editing a Product. •Profile Shape: A thumbnail view of the thermal profile from the imported .XMG file when adding a Product. Product Filter: As the list of Products continue to grow, this feature allows the user to better locate a specific Product or a group of similar Products. •Search: The search box where the user enters all or part of a Product name. •All: If All is selected, the search displays all of Products in the collection. •Active: If Active is selected, the search will scan only Products that are set as Active. Setting a Product to active is done when adding or editing Products. Refer to Topic Operation>Step #2 Product Creation for additional information. •Inactive: If Active is selected, the search will scan only Products that are set as Inactive. Setting a Product to inactive is done when adding or editing Products. Refer to Topic Operation>Step #2 Product Creation for additional information. |
The Monitoring control is where defined Product compares real-time data (i.e. “Dynamic” Profile) to an established “Baseline” Profile (data run).
A: Profile | B: Machine | C: SPC A: Live Profile | B: KPI Table | C: MAP Show Profile Data •Live Profile: When OvenSENTINEL™ is monitoring, a Dynamic Profile is displayed in the Profile view. This Dynamic Profile represents a predicted profile based on the Baseline Profile and a snapshot at a moment in time of the current oven temperatures. •KPI Table: This table includes all user configured KPI values imported from the Baseline Profile (*.XMG). Each row in the Table are the current KPI measurements for each sensor location (channel) of the .XMG. •Profile Data: This is the Show Profile Data imported from with the Baseline Profile (*.XMG) from M.O.L.E.® MAP. A: Live Oven | B: Board Tracker •Live Oven: This is an graphical representation of the oven which displays current zone temperatures, zone setpoints, current conveyor speed, hardware components (barcode, in/out sensors, SMEMA option) and board location. •Board Tracker: This table displays boards at the various tracking locations configured for your OvenSENTINEL™ System. A: SPC Chart Selector | B: Live SPC Chart | C: Statistics Box •SPC Chart Selector: A series of drop down boxes that list the available values to display an SPC chart. oKPI/Oven: Choose either TrueProfile™ KPI (key process indicators) or Oven (oven measurements). oMeasurement: List of available TrueProfile™ KPI parameters or available Oven measurements depending on what is selected in the KPI/Oven box. oChannel (TrueProfile™ KPI Only): List of available sensor locations (channels) from the Baseline profile. oSample size: Number of data points (samples) to be displayed on the SPC Chart. The default value is set to 25. Refer to Topic Monitoring>SPC for additional information. oSubgroup size: Number of samples per Subgroup sizes to be used in the calculation of the SPC Charts. Subgroup samples are averaged to produce each data point on the SPC chart. The default value is set to 2. Refer to Topic Monitoring>SPC for additional information. •Live SPC Chart: Displays selected TrueProfile™ KPI or Oven values as an Individual or X Bar R control chart. The type of Control Chart displayed depends on the SPC Chart selections. Refer to topic Operation>SPC Options for more information. oIndividuals Control Chart: If the Subgroup size for the product being monitored is set to Individual (1) recorded values are plotted as individual data points and the USL/LSL are visible. oX Bar R Control Charts: If the Subgroup size is set to 2 or more, an X Bar control chart displays the average of the data samples in the Subgroup size and the UCL/LCL are calculated using a formula based on the Range data. R Chart displays the range of the samples in the Subgroup. •Statistics Box: Reflects the current SPC data from a selected TrueProfile™ KPI parameter. oN = Number of data points (samples) on the chart. oMin. = The lowest value on the graph. oMax. = The highest value on the graph. oX bar (Individual Subgroup Size) = The current average of the data samples. oX Double bar (2 or greater Subgroup Size) = The current average of the Subgroup averages. oStd. Dev. = The Standard Deviation of the "N" samples. oCp; Cpk (Individual Subgroup size) = Process capability indices of the "N" samples (Refer to Appendix: Statistical Process Control (SPC) Background Information). oLast Refresh: Last time the SPC Control Chart data has been refreshed (MM/DD/YYY HH:MM:SS).

This view allows the user to access historical recorded data in report form.
The software includes four standard reports:
•Product TrueProfile™: The TrueProfile™ for a selected board and the KPI measures.
•Product Summary: A list of all the boards for a selected product over the entered Date/Time and their TrueProfile™ status OK or NOK (not okay).
•Product SPC: An SPC X Bar chart for each KPI measure for the selected Product over the entered Date/Time.
•Machine SPC: An SPC X Bar R chart for the selected Product over the entered Date/Time.
A: Report Query | B: Report Manager | C: Report Viewer •Report Query: This is where the user selects a desired default or user designed report, which Product and the specific board (if tracking/barcode sensors are installed and used with the OvenSENTINEL™ System). •Report Manager: Where the user creates and manages Products to be monitored. oNew Report: Displays the Report Query dialog box. oExport TrueProfile™ - Channel Data: Exports the channel data from the TrueProfile™ to a CSV (comma separated data) file. oExport TrueProfile™ - KPI Data: Exports the KPI data from the TrueProfile™ to a CSV (comma separated data) file. •Report Viewer: This area displays the results of the report query along with tools that interact with it. |
This is used to inform the user of the system status and provide tools for getting help and advanced settings.
This area displays icons that represent OvenSENTINEL™ System parameters that are constantly checked. These icons display a status of either green (good) or red (bad). If any are red the OvenSENTINEL™ System will not allow Product to be monitored.
