System Management Tools
Preferences:
•This is where units and monitoring settings are configured. This is also where qualified personnel gain access to system configuration during product installation.

Because of the sensitive nature of the settings in the Configuration section, they should be used by the Administrator or qualified operators only. |

▪Units: This is where the units for the Dynamic Profile, Machine, Assembly and Process are set.
▪Monitoring: A Tolerance Band displays profile bands that can be used to determine compliance with required temperature specification limits.

These settings should be used by the Administrator or qualified operators only |
▪OvenSENTINEL™ Communication: Network Settings to link software to the OvenSENTINEL™ Station they can communicate. This is configured during system installation.
▪Recording Parameters: The time interval that OvenSENTINEL™ records data when monitoring.
▪OvenSENTINEL™ Configuration: This is used for advanced settings for system installation.
▪Security: Some features can be password protected for securing access. When a feature is password protected, the user will not be able to access it without proper password privileges.
▪Mail Configuration: The user can set a default email address to have the software send alerts to the Email recipient.
System Maintenance
Updating OvenSENTINEL™ Station Software
Instruction to install new software please follow these steps.

Required Hardware:
Reflow oven or OvenSENTINEL™ dedicated computer.
Procedure:
| 1) | Select the OvenSENTINEL_VX_X_XXX.MSI file to install. |
|
This file MUST only be used when upgrading the software on a machine that has OvenSENTINEL™ software previously installed. |
| 2) | Select the Yes command button. |

| 4) | Select the License Agreement check box and then the Next command button. |

Updating OvenSENTINEL™ Station Firmware
Equipment Needed:
Instruction to install new firmware for the station interface. Please follow these steps to update the control firmware.

Required Hardware:
Reflow oven or OvenSENTINEL™ dedicated computer.
Proceedure:
| 1) | Unzip the zip file provided by ECD Service/Test technicians. |
| 2) | There is one folder in the Zip file: “OWUpdate” and this needs to be “Unzipped” to the root of a USB flash drive. |
| 3) | Insert the flash drive containing the unzipped folder into the Station USB port located on the side right of the display. |

| 4) | From the Station front panel, press the Menu button to use the up/down buttons to select the “Other Settings” menu. Then use the up/down buttons to select the “Factory Setup” menu item. |
| 5) | You will be prompted to enter a password. At the “Command Code” prompt, use the up/down arrow buttons to enter the number “123” (press and hold to count up or down quickly) and press OK. |
| 6) | The controller highlights the firmware file name and version. Press the OK button to start the firmware upload process. When complete, the controller resets and returns to the OvenSENTINEL™ display. |
