Dynamic X/Y Sensor Replacement
To install a replacement SelectiveRIDER® Dynamic X/Y Sensor, the old or damaged one must first removed. Use the following steps to remove and replace.
| 1) | Unplug the Male Type “K” thermocouple connectors from the female connectors in the thermal barrier. |
| 2) | Loosen the guides by partly unscrewing the four screws. |

It is recommended to clean the accumulation of debris that may have built up in the support groove. |

| 3) | Push down on the back of the locking tab on the black micro connector and slide the sensor assembly directly away from the barrier. |

| 4) | Slide the replacement sensor assembly into the bottom support grove. Slightly pull the black micro connector tab out from the pallet and click into place to the sensor. |
| 5) | Secure in place by tightening the screws in the support guides. |
| 6) | Plug the two Type “K” male thermocouple connectors into the Type “K” female thermocouple connectors in the thermal barrier. |
