This section covers brief descriptions for the exterior and interior features of SelectiveRIDER®.
•Thermal Barrier: This is the protective barrier for the M.O.L.E. Profiler. Provides easy docking and automatic M.O.L.E. log rate configuration.
•Barrier locking latch: This latch secures the cover of the thermal barrier preventing it from opening during operation.
•Dynamic X/Y Sensor: Measures both X and Y position from target center and board bottom fountain diameter.
SelectiveRIDER®+ Coupon (Click to zoom) The "Solder" T/C is exposed below the bottom surface of the coupon so it will contact the solder. The "Top Foil" T/C is inserted into the coupon near the top surface. |
•Mini Fluxometer®: Test mesh and flux specific test paper help identify problems with accuracy and penetration. Kit includes Test papers for water-based, acid and alcohol-based fluxes.
The SelectiveRIDER® includes two Test Mesh types; V-Gauge Mesh (Vernier) and UP Mesh (Uniformity and Penetration). |

What does it measure: •Dispense accuracy (X and Y) •Indicates blocked/unprimed spray head •Confirms dot size •Illustrates under/overspray |
What does it measure: •Flux application patterns and uniformity •Flux hole penetration |
•Height Sensor: Measures fountain height as referenced from the bottom of the pallet.
•Connector bridge: The M.O.L.E. Profiler connects to a single connection for easy IN/OUT. This connection gathers all the needed measurements from the pallet sensors.
•Extractor handle: This handle assists in the removal of the M.O.L.E. Profiler.
•Sensor battery: This is the power source for the pallet sensors.
